Who Runs This Service

NutriFactsLabel is operated by Zhong Hui, an individual based in China ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using this site, its label generator, and the paid downloads it offers.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a download. By using the service or completing a purchase you confirm that you meet that requirement and accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

What the Service Is

NutriFactsLabel is a browser-based generator for FDA-format Nutrition Facts and Supplement Facts labels. It formats the values you supply; it does not analyze food, test products, or decide whether a label is correct.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the text and numbers you enter and to the files you download. We claim no ownership over your recipe, your product data, or the labels you generate.

Acceptable Use

Use the service for lawful labeling of products you are responsible for. Do not use it to misrepresent a product, to label a product you are not authorized to label, or to interfere with the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of every value you enter.

Pricing, Payment, and Downloads

Generating and previewing a label is free. A print-ready download costs $3.99, and the printable batch sheet is a separate $5.99 package that includes that download. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record and handles the card transaction; we never receive or store card details. Each payment covers one label file; there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. See pricing for the full description of each download and our privacy policy for what we store.

The finished label file is stored for 7 days so the download can be repeated from another device; after that it is deleted and only the transaction record remains.

Refunds

Downloads are digital and delivered immediately, so a completed purchase is not refundable once the file has been delivered. If a file will not open or does not match the resolution described on the pricing page, email us and we will resend it or refund the payment.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at hello@nutrifactslabel.com with the order number before contacting your bank or opening a chargeback. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

No Warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a generated label is accurate, complete, or suitable for your product, and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses related to printing, packaging, or a label that a third party rejected. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the download the claim relates to, or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is lower. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may refuse or cancel a download, and refuse further use of the site, if we believe the service is being used to misrepresent a product, to break the law, or to interfere with the site. If we cancel for a reason other than misuse, we refund the affected purchase.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect, and the revision date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at hello@nutrifactslabel.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
