NutriFactsLabel is priced for the way small food businesses actually work: you need one label, not a design suite. Previewing a Nutrition Facts or Supplement Facts panel costs nothing, and you pay only when the file is ready to print. There is no recurring fee, because a label change is usually a one-off event: a new batch or a new flavor. Check the panel first, pay $3.99 when it reads the way you want, and come back the next time a recipe changes.

What You Get With a Paid Download
- Watermark removed. The paid file prints clean, with no overlaid text.
- High resolution. The PNG renders at up to 2,510 pixels wide on a computer (2,510 × 6,374 for a Standard Vertical panel, about 1,100 DPI) and 1,970 × 5,003 on a phone, against 438 × 1,112 pixels for the preview.
- PDF and PNG from one purchase. A print-sized PDF for the printer, and a PNG for packaging artwork and marketplace listings.
- Ready to print. The PDF opens at the panel's true print size, so a print shop can place it without rescaling anything.
- No subscription. You buy that file once; there is no plan attached to it and nothing to renew later.
When to Use the Printable Batch Sheet
When one label goes onto several packages — a jar, a box, and a pouch — the batch sheet keeps every copy identical and removes the need for separate print runs. It also suits a short trial production run, where a local print shop wants a full page rather than one small file. If your printer asks for imposed pages with crop marks, the $5.99 batch sheet package is the version to send.
Payment and Refunds
Checkout runs through Waffo, and card details are entered on Waffo's side — NutriFactsLabel never sees or stores a card number. Because the download is a digital file delivered immediately, a completed purchase is not refundable once the download has been taken. If the file will not open, arrives corrupted, or the resolution is not what this page describes, we will resend the file or refund the payment.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a subscription?
No. Each download is a single payment — $3.99 for the label file, or $5.99 for the batch sheet package that includes it. Nothing renews, no card is charged again later, and there is nothing to cancel.
Does the preview cost anything?
The preview is $0. It shows the complete panel with a watermark at reduced resolution, which is enough to check wording, spacing, and column alignment before you decide. Payment is requested only when you download the print-ready file.
Can I print the free preview directly?
It is not intended for production printing. The preview is watermarked and rendered at roughly a quarter of the print resolution — 438 × 1,112 pixels for a Standard Vertical panel — which is fine on screen and visibly soft on a printed package. Use it to approve the layout, then print from the $3.99 file.
How do I buy the batch sheet?
It is a separate $5.99 purchase that already contains the single label: the ZIP holds the multi-page sheet plus the single-label PDF and PNG. The $3.99 label cannot be upgraded later; the batch sheet is its own $5.99 package.
How many products can one purchase cover?
One purchase covers one label file. You can reuse that file on as many packages of the same product as you like, but a different formulation needs its own download.
What is the refund policy?
Digital downloads are not refundable once the file has been delivered. If it will not open or the resolution is wrong, contact us and we will resend the file or refund the payment.
Which payment methods are supported?
Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, which accepts the major credit and debit cards. Card details go directly to Waffo and are never stored by NutriFactsLabel.
